Historic Winsome II is available for all-inclusive short-term charters, and for luxury day trips or longer with personalised itineraries to suit the discerning sea-goer.

Steeped in nostalgia, Winsome II (now back in her historic wartime livery) saw service with the Royal New Zealand Air Force as an operational support vessel during World War II.

She now plies the tranquil waters of the Marlborough Sounds in private ownership. The South Island's northeast corner is dominated by these Sounds, half submerged mountain ranges having formed a labyrinth of water-ways, 1300 km of coastline in all, which includes inlets, secluded coves, bays and many island wildlife reserves. We will design your cruise in discussion with you.

Local cruises within the Queen Charlotte Sound are of minimum 2 hours duration, half or full days. Gourmet catering is available by prior arrangement. Stopovers at outer sounds resorts can also be arranged, whether for lunch, dinner, or overnight.

Costs are dependant on individual charter requirements (maximum 6 passengers). Food and beverages are additional.
